For Persona Marketing’s Bio Sheet Product

By purchasing the Bio Sheet from Persona Marketing, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Description

The Bio Sheet is a custom-designed, one-page personal branding asset. It includes a 1,200-character professional bio written using your submitted information, designed in an 8.5 x 11 Canva format with your headshot as the background. Final deliverables include a PDF and an editable Canva link.

2. Delivery Timeline

Upon completion of the intake form and submission of your headshot, you will receive your Bio Sheet within 3 business days. If the form or image is incomplete, delivery time may be delayed.

3. Revisions

Your purchase includes one round of minor edits (grammar, punctuation, tone adjustments, or small word changes). Major rewrites or redesigns may incur an additional fee.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once work has begun.

5. Canva Access

You will receive an editable Canva link with your delivery. While you may update your information in Canva, Persona Marketing is not responsible for any design changes made after delivery.

6. Use & Distribution

You may use your Bio Sheet freely for personal marketing purposes, including but not limited to LinkedIn, social media, email, print materials, and event submissions.

7. Ownership

You retain full rights to the content of your bio and headshot. Persona Marketing retains rights to display anonymized or watermarked samples for portfolio or marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
